I don't know if normal would still work? You can try it but it's blatant and you'll get banned either by anticheat or staff so don't use on accounts you care about.
3 reach, 4.5 swing range, 360 angle, 1 max target, 12-14 attacks per second.

I believe you should make your dynamic fakelag ping higher by 50 for every tick you're gonna use.
You can't use ticks in decimals afaik.
Watch dog won't ban you but staff probably will since dynamic fake lag is blatant.
I suggest you use 3.1-3.2 reach, 70% chance and advanced reach mode.
I've been using it for a couple of hours today and I had no problems with hit registration.
