The higher the ping, the higher the chance because they apparently forgot to add lag compensation for the reach.

Nah, that's low-medium. You're gonna be fine with 3.05-3.15 on 80% chance with advanced reach chance mode.

fakelag dynamic also gives you advantage so using both at the same time will as effective as reach before the patch
