I used 5k ms backtrack and I haven't got banned...
AGC doesn't currently detect it unless it silent flags to staff (which it doesn't as I've cheated for 3h+ and haven't got staff banned)

actually no, i just tested both fakelag and backtrack on mmc. backtrack at any ms works but higher than 150ms could kick you into lobby sometimes, fakelag works even if you use 10 offset 500ms and it doesnt ban or kick.

if you were banned using any of my configs, it was probably a staff ban

can confirm i got agcd by turning backtrack up from 50 to 100ms, its detected rn.

Dynamic stop sending packets every X ticks, Latency delays all packets

I think it's in Utility,
In Minecraft, when you press Jump for example under a block, you'll have a small delay before the next jump occures.
What it "does" is that if you're on ground and you're still pressing your space bar, it will insta jump, removing that few ticks delay
It's like spam clicking your space bar but you're just pressing it
