Lag based, something like slinky but it doesn't spoof ping nor make it higher, yet it doesn't flag anti cheats.
Using closet settings and without obvious fakelag, you can last forever without getting banned
set tick delay to 0 but it shouldnt ban at its very safe
U should use like 85 but make sure your chance is 50%.
It'll look less blatant that way and still give you an advantage.

Backtrack does not explicitly “ping spoof”. However, any backtrack on any client can be detected by an anticheat. Without any relation to “ping spoofing”. Backtrack as a concept is not invulnerable to anticheats.
It does spoof ping but on most anti cheats yes.
For mmc 20% jumpreset is good i think

yh i got banned for it
i keep getting out reached because people on pit have speed items and always get the first hit on me. Is there anything I can use to counteract this advantage? can somebody who has used backtrack explain what the code does? I dont want to get banned using it frivolously.

Backtrack let you hit old positions of the player. So let's say they get kbed away from you, you can still hit few ticks before and hit them from a bigger reach. My explanation isnt the best so I hope you understand a bit
