I keep wondering why people ask for settings, the best thing to do is use alts to find out which settings get you banned and which not. No one can give you settings for you, it's really up to the ping you get to the server.
There's plenty of guides on here available to use as a base for your tests.
Finding your settings is an art and requires dedication because it's different for every single person.
