Use ravenweave, both clickassist and soundclicker in a free client that's meant for lunar (only).

Nah, not weave. Ravenweave is being updated and the autoclicker is actually pretty good (randomization wise).
Raven b++ is shit and it is discontinued, that's what ravenweave is based off (has a lot of imporvements though).

Set up a firekey with your mouse software if it has one of those, just make sure it only double clicks sometimes or is decently randomized
