why is the blatant module not in vape v4

I recently bought the v4 vape and when I entered I was surprised that the blatant section is not there and there is no place to turn it on, however when I search for the options they appear

Support said blatant section modules will be moved to other categories or removed completely.
I'm guessing this is just out for some people, merryzz my friend and I still have the blatant module section while some others don't.

Possibly from downloading the latest exe or whatever, but yep got it too

The exe file is just for the launcher, not the client itself.

Doesn't have to be the case though, some updates it doesn't require downloading the latest launcher and in some (mostly actual updates but there have been some silent ones) it needs you to redownload the launcher.
