need help with skyblock forge mods

so i am using pizza client and shady addons but i heard hypixel can check your mods and instaban you. I just dropped them into my mods folder. How can i not get instabanned?
also does anyone know a working zealot macro for skyblock

decompile them in luyten and remove the mod id

You can also use a vanilla spoofer mod (makes server think you do not use forge)

NoForge for 1.8.9 is a good mod that does that.

Pizza and shady addons have hiden mod ids so like pizza is something like time changer and shady is something like that. Only thing that hypixel can check for is the mod id which the mods hide it.

you're fine, most QOL mods hide their ID by default
you don't even need noforge, any up-to-date QOL mod will hide itself
