Hey there, Am i gonna get banned if i use the wtap module on MMC? If not, what are the best settings?

I'm not sure but I think the WTap is detected on mmc.

No, it will get you banned by AGC after a few minutes, and as GodOfGraves said, it's much more effective to W-Tap yourself.
