It basically strafes for you, it's more or less a speedhack that's why it's easily detectable since 2017.

On Hypixel I don't think it will really do much other than lagging you back. Still blatant so nothing I would use on accounts I care about, i've used -1 speed with it though which is funny since you'll be walking towards enemies twice as fast (which is fine if you get hit).
