Good Closet Settings For a main acc

So rn I use
Ac 15-18
Reach 3.6-3.7
Velo 65% hz vt 100% chance

Could I make any of these settings higher without getting banned? im 20 ms and have a mvp+ acc thats level 122

My friend was using like 5% hz vt on his main with some client idk the name and didnt get flagged or banned (in a private game)

you probably shouldnt go below 80 velo and you should lower the reach to 3.3 maybe 3.4
