BackTrack = Makes so you can hit previous opponents positions
FakeLag = Makes like your connection is lagging to give you an advantage
HitSelect = Delay some of your hits to give you an advantage mostly in combos
All 3 are recommended, just check this guide

i got banned for using lag based backtrack today on astral with the slider at 5-10 ms. not 50-100 it was 5-10. i just think thats crazy their ac is off the meds and can get that. on mmc i can go a lot longer with more back track so help me understand the issue?
