the underpopulation isnt caused by homosexual people, its caused by the fact that living expenses have risen exponentially and make it unfeasable for many to have children these days. another reason for low childbirth rates is that in the modern world, a lot of women priorize their career over a more 'traditional' lifestyle of staying at home and bearing / caring for children.
