How to calculate aimassist speed

Here's the formula on how to calculate it:
aimassist speed/(your current in game sens/100)
Here's an example of that:
6/(200/100)
6/2=3
Making this since on some servers you can get banned if your setting's too high. Also always test it before going into gameplay with it, aimassist is supposed to help you aim, NOT aim for you.
Recommended settings (use formula to calculate for your sensitivity):
Practice servers (eg. Minemen.club): 7.5 on 100 sensitivity.
Minigame servers (eg. Hypixel): 6 on 100 sensitivity.

10 is too strong for me on 100, but staff don't ban for it. It might not look legit tho because of the vertical aim.

Dpi makes no change but I think like 500.

how much should I put for hori and verti if my sens 25-30 in game (when I move my mouse down for place block or move the crosshair the sens I put doesn't match example my sens 25 but it actually act like 90)

If you don't want it to literally aim for you, you can go up to 40 (10 with 100)
I'd reccomend 15.
