will backtrack get me banned?

if I use backtrack on hypixel 3 ticks with 200ms, and no other settings, will I get anticheat or staff banned eventually, or will it bypass

I've heard some people getting banned with it as it can set off rotation checks or something so it can be a risk but take that with a grain of salt as I haven't used it.

If I were you I would just use reach for Hypixel since it works just fine, you don't need backtrack

BackTrack is designed for servers with stricter anticheats where you can't normally use reach. For Hypixel use reach, its both better and safer.
