Make sure these are off as it might cause some issues.
Also make sure you have "target players" enabled in target settings.

Wtf is perfect swing? Are you on 1.12? Also turn your swing range to 4.2 and copy the settings from the guy above this post.

Perfect swing is a 1.12 feature yeah, as its 1.9 pvp.
