What backtrack setting is safe for 35-40 ms (CLOSET)

I'm paranoid cuz I just got back from a ban after not playing for a while, what's a safe setting for it?

Got banned with 28-28 on Polar, is that to be expected on Polar or did something else flag?

expectable because Polar just does that or because the settings were trash?
might be bit unrelated but does everything lag related ban? tried without backtrack too, only lag blockhit and got banned still. can't quite tell if it was manual or auto

Polar is very advanced but you can usually use lower settings for lag based modules and be fine, for example I use 25-25 backtrack with no issues.

Any experience with lag blockhit then? I'm used to bypassing with 28-28 backtrack too but I feel like lag blockhit is the issue. I ran 40-80 and 57-103. Do I need to go with 40-40 too?

I haven't used lag blockhit on polar yet but you can try a lower value and probably mix in some range, for example 10-60. You'll have to play around with the values.
