Any lag based cheats, on any client, have a very high likelihood of being detected by modern anticheats going forward. They are not invulnerable to anticheats
whatever you want lag based isn’t detectable

Ping doesn't really matter there afaik but I myself use 50-75 on my main and it works great.

Backtrack does not explicitly “ping spoof”. Note that any lag based cheats on any client are unsafe and vulnerable to being detected by anticheats going forward
Lag based spoofs ping, manual doesn't.
I've tested manual with the 50ms=1 tick rule and it doesn't seem to work without flagging, before anyone says it's only like that for specific anti cheats I've tested a lot including karhu, agc and polar.
Just use lag based backtrack.

Use 35-50 on main, or use 50-75 to be more blatant on main. 50-100 and more should be fine on alts. Ik it's undetectable on the max settings on some servers but using 35-50 on main is less suspicious and still gives you advantage.
