I bought vapeV4 about 5 months ago and it was working fine, I didn't get banned or anything. Now when I try to log into my vape account for the first time in 5 months it says not subscribed, I know for a fact I bought VapeV4 permanently not Vape Light. Can anybody help?

make sure u logged onto the right account. the forums and the actual client are separate accounts
