Vape on 1.10?

Is there any news as to why Manthe took down Vape for 1.10? Also do we know when/if he will be putting it back up? I understand with the recent issues on his end he is probably dealing with a lot but a short answer about if we should expect to see 1.10 Vape back anytime soon would be nice, because from what I could tell the 1.10 version of Vape was working fine so I am not quite sure why it was taken down in the first place.
