Using KA w/AC and Reach Enabled Concurrently?

Does using KillAura when Autoclicker and Reach are also enabled increase the likelihood of detection? In other words, should AC and Reach be disabled when enabling KA? Asking because my profile always has AC and Reach enabled and a bind for KA if needed, but the bind does not disable the former two modules.

just config it to disable the other two by setting all 3 on the same bind but enabling either killaura or ac and reach on auto-load while having the other off
