undetectable Legit/Semi-Blatant Hypixel settings

i get around 130 - 200 ping on hypixel.
The settings i currently use are:
reach: 3.2-3.4
disable in water on(all other off)
aimassist:
speed: 4.6
maxAngle: 70
distance: 3.3
click aim , aim while on target
autoClicker:
8-13
blockhit, inventory fill
Considering my ping can i make the settings even higher? , Are there any things i should add / remove?
I want a settings that wont get me banned via watchdog or staff.

The Autoclicker can go to max. hypixel doesnt detect AC at all. turn off aim while on target. make the angle 90-110 for aimassist use max of the 2nd bar and 8 on the first bar 5 range

i get around 40 ping and I use around 3.7-3.8 so u could go around that range

With your ping, you could probably go up to about 3.6 on reach
3.6 Reach might get you staff banned, but should bypass watchdog

Watchdog does have an AC check, but those settings seem fine
