Undetectable FakeLag settings for minemen

What settings for fakelag should I use on minemen club to stay undetectable by the anticheat, i have usually around 30 ping on the server

Better not use it, backtrack also leaves logs behind

Fakelag is really unsafe i get banned for it, me ping is 50 ms (dynamic mode, 120 ms, transmission: 3)

So is fakelag unsafe even on low settings (60ms)? Its on Merryz’s safe config for Hypixel so I thought it was ok to use it.

Its ok to use it but just briefly during a fight, do not keep it enabled throughout the whole session, since its easy for staff to pick it up
