whats the realistic lowest delay you can use with throw pot on servers like minemen or lunar?

like 90 or something, ive used 80 on mmc but i wouldnt recommend since its unrealistically fast imo (maybe my speed perception is off)

The default settings are fine for me. I wouldn't really touch it. And instead of refill just turn on inventory refill on your ac.
