heres my config 60 ping no ban so far
using 24/7
ac 12-16
reach 3.3-3.5
velo 65 100 100
w-tap 0.0-3.5 5 0
toggle on cheaters
ac 12-16
reach 3.6-3.8
velo 5 100 100
w-tap 0.0-3.8 5 0
i cant confirm that you wont get banned since i dont main sumo, but ive never gotten banned for any of these settings
if you wanna be 100% safe just only use my first config

It bypasses watchdog but a staff would ban you if they see a replay
would i be fine toggling it on cheaters in sumo
i cant promise that you will never get banned but it will last you a while
would the first settings that you listed be fine for using on sumo for a long time?
first one will prob last you for ever toggling second one on cheaters will lasts you a long time
depends on if staff feel like doing their job that day which isnt very often
only when targetting is when youre facing away from them youll take normal kb
