that's called a lagback. it's when your movement gets detected and blocked by watchdog. you're gonna wanna stop doing that or else you'll get autobanned by watchdog lol

i've heard mixed things on anti-cheat A speed, some say it works on hypixel, some say it does, others say it only works on some gamemodes

i recommend just steering clear of it altogether lol
