Im playing the most times on minemen and gommehd with vape lite.I use aimassist and autoklicker aimassist horizontal 69 an vertical 87 can I use more or will I get banned if I turn on reach or something ?

You can use up to 100. Don't use reach on minemen, use 3.1-3.2 on hypixel.

You can obviously still go farther, but at this horizontal speed, you wouldn't really notice.

Not on vape lite. It caps aimassist and other stuff to the sliders (doesn't let you get lower/higher values).

You can edit the numbers in the external gui the same way as v4.

The autoclicker is capped like it used to be in v4. Im pretty sure the aimassist isn't capped.
