Scaffoldwalk add require sneak and ground check

Suggestion Description: Add a mode where scaffold only works if you sneak by yourself and a ground check, so it only works on the ground if toggled on. This makes fastbridging way more convinient and building a staircaise is esier. Drip lite has such a feature ( for reference)

there is pitch check for scaffold, also the hold sneak key bind exists in vape lite already

There is no require sneak, or atleast i cant find it

somehow every keybind works exept shift for me.

they really need to add support for holding left shift tho
