Make a keylogger ask him to put in the password for a legit program tell him your reinstalling minecraft. Then boom you have the password.

Or can just straight up hack it with CMD by renaming SetHC to CMD (in your system32 folder) then press shift 5 times on the login screen and you will be given an administrator privileged command prompt. From there type net user find his account name and type net user (his name) * and enter a new password. Then simply use the new password you just changed his too and there ya go.

Oh and this works because windows thinks CMD is sticky keys so instead of opening the sticky keys message box it opens CMD.
