Require Mouse Down Clutch

Suggestion Description: Make clutch module only function when the right click button is down- in sw, theres a lot of different factors that affect movement, and half the time this module inaccurately predicts my fall and thinks it needs to clutch when it doesnt (i use frog kit). just a small "Require mouse down" option would be great imo

Sometimes it does weird ass rotations and it can't decide where to clutch and just screws you up, we need this.
