Scaffold: 150ms, stop sprinting
Speed: any steps, toggle it with timer 0.8 and keep in mind its risky to use it
Killaura: use autoclicker with really high aimassist *vertical horizontal speed 100, 360 degree, 6 blocks range
Reach: dont use above 3.2

You can use pretty high reach if its only while sprinting (I use 3,4-3,7)
Velocity 0,0 if you want
Speed anticheat a flags but you can use bhop mode, it doesn't flag much but NCP that blocksmc uses will lag you back after a bit if you haven't taken damage so it isn't that useful.
Use keepsprint too cuz why not
