Yes I use 87% with 1 tick delay and it doesn't look sus.

No it hasn't been reverted, 3.1-3.2 does still work.
3.1-3.2 70% chance advanced chance mode.

Yeah but you should use 90% then just to be safe.

damn alright, right clicker 20-20 normal rando doesn't flag right? I know a while ago hypixel didnt have right ac checks just want to be sure. doge was saying that nojumpdelay could possibly flag as well, should I turn that off to be safe? then sprint is literally just toggle sprint right?
Nah they still don't have any. If they do fastplace wouldn't be safe either since it's an integrated autoclicker.
