Hi,

So I've got 2 vape accounts, 1 with normale VAPE and 1 with VAPE LITE. I've got my normale VAPE account for a pretty long time now, but it got locked 3 times for switching my HWID/IP since I moved from my mom to my dad. They both live in different countries but it is only 30 minutes driving. I just bought VAPE LITE on a new account due to this issue, I mean I made a new account, bought VAPE LITE on that since my other account is already blocked. And then it happened again I moved from my mom to my dad en changed HWID/IP. YES blocked again on a new/fresh account after I bought it 2 days ago. Also the VAPE Staff team is NOT responding on my EMAILS about this. Why would I make a new account knowing that sharing my account is not allowed why would I make a new account and move to my dad again, change HWID again knowing what happens when u share ur account. I mean I think that reall sellers should aways help their customers and that's exactly not what happened here, before I could even explain my story they already blocked me from everything, they just took 100 USD from me lmao. I feel pretty scammed ngl.

Thanks for reading I hope the VAPE STAFF team can finally help me since this is pretty unfair.
