scammed

Hi, So I've got 2 vape accounts, 1 with normale VAPE and 1 with VAPE LITE. I've got my normale VAPE account for a pretty long time now, but it got locked 3 times for switching my HWID/IP since I moved from my mom to my dad. They both live in different countries but it is only 30 minutes...

I have proof that I bought vape and the order id and the receipt but I did not get it to my email and even my vape.gg account says I have not purchased it please help me because I really wanted vape and this is scamming!
