Please tell me what is the problem?

When I play on the Lunar Client and the Steam injection, there are no lags and freezes in the game. When I switch to forge minecraft launcher, lags and friezes appear in the game. What to do? I'm used to playing with forge. Help solve the problem

Do you have any mods? If so, try removing all of them and see if it works.
