While adding blatant features designed for anticheat servers is a waste of resources since it will get patched eventually, it doesn't mean it happens quickly. On a server like Hypixel that is now very actively updating their own anticheat, yeah it would probably be patched very quickly if its easy to do so but for a lot of other servers they don't really have that ability or they simply don't care as vape blatant features isn't a bigger threat than any other already bypassing client.
There are plenty of servers where vape blatant modules still work very well on.
vape v3 hypixel fly still works on bedwarspractice and ghostly is a big example of this
