New update notification

Suggestion for both clients, any version.
Once the client updates there should be a changelog in the launcher or at least a notification it has got updated which appears in the launcher.
This way people will be more aware of updates. There could be a quick changelog for silent updates too if they add new features.

If a new feature is added I think adding the option to see the quick changelog won't hurt.

Regardless.. if they thought that was appropriate they’d just put it in the changelog that exists. It’s silent for a reason

Usually these updates are smaller, not adding lots of content so it'd be pointless to add a changelog only saying "added jump reset velocity mode". The features added in silent updates are usually included in the changelog of the next version.

Pretty sure it’s done on purpose so that it’s not as known

Maybe because it’s new features that could break and might even get changed or removed? Ask them idk. It’s silent for a reason though otherwise it would just be listed. Why else would they not just put it in the changelog

They do put it in the next update with changelogs. The updates are usually too small so they don't bother making changelogs for them.
