Legit Hypixel Settings for duels 120ms

I got around 120 to 130ms ping on Hypixel and mainly do sumo and classic. What settings would you suggest

AA: any / max
Reach: 3.1-3.3 if you wanna stay safe, 3.3-3.6 semi-blatant
Velocity: 85h 100v 100c

if you use the 3.1-3.3 reach instead of 3.3-3.6, youre safe yes
