yes with the right settings, just dont be sus with it in ranked (use my mmc guide in signature for setts)
As long as you use the right settings , it will be safe . Though , i've heard that people in leaderboards are getting ssed by staff so if you are planning to go for leaderboards then you shouldn't use it after you get to 1200-1300 elo in my opinion.
