Hypixel Pit Kill Aura Mode

I've heard some people say kill aura with target mode health flags. I've used health mode for weeks now and it hasn't banned me but I'm wondering if the health target mode is 100% safe and if health mode can get patched and start flagging. Since I don't understand how health mode could ever flag because it's just a target mode.

So basically what I'm asking is, can health mode start flagging because of a patch or can it not get patched because it's just a target mode?
Might be a dumb question but better safe than sorry.

pretty sure vape aura can hit through players on some modes. not sure if it is detected on hypixel, but it is definitely detectable

It will just rotate your head more often than yaw so it would be more suspicious to staff.
