Use vpn. Don't change location too much on the same account (I think its fine to change ip as long as its the same country idk tho).

if you got banned on one of the alts, change your ip before joining with another one

Its the low queue since low level, there will be a lot of hackers. Either buy higher level accounts or level them yourself, personally I enjoy some hvh's.
