How to delete Vape Search Strings from the forum?

I was SSed on Faithful and they found strings with Process Hacker 2 on "explorer", the strings where of the forums, logging on the forums and searching on it, I wasnt bannned but on other servers, if they found that im pretty sure that they will ban me, can someone tellme how to delete those searching history? I tried CCleaner and RWipe & Clean, pls, thx
