How to clear strings from explorer.exe

So this is the string http://prntscr.com/i28q57 .I tried using CCleaner, rwipre & clean litteraly everything I know and I can't delete it.Someone told me to go and search for it in prefetch but its not there.Please help

Delete the file first.
Run CCleaner and R-Wipe.
Restart explorer. Make sure to do this.

I did that and its still there even when I restart pc and i don't have vape on my pc
