aimassist speed/(your current in game sens/100)
Here's an example of that:
6/(200/100)
6/2=3
Making this since on some servers you can get banned if your setting's too high. Also always test it before going into gameplay with it,aimassist is supposed to help you aim,NOT aim for you.

how much should I put for hori and verti if my sens 25-30 in game (when I move my mouse down for place block or move the crosshair the sens I put doesn't match example my sens 25 but it actually act like 90)

I’d say like 4-6 but I would use 3 tbh

If you don't want it to literally aim for you, you can go up to 40 (10 with 100)
I'd reccomend 15.

Blud can tell the difference between aimbot and aimassist💀 15 is fine but I don’t go over 7 because I can actually aim (100% impossible)

I don't use vertical at all, for me it looks kinda blatant, I usually use 6 horizontal with 100% sensitivity (24 with your sensitivity).
