Run it with task scheduler with highest privileges. Do not delete the file. I've never been screenshared with echo before so I'm not 100% sure but if the reports I heard are correct, echo doesn't currently detect VL strings so this method should be good enough. When you get frozen, make sure to delete the task and also go into bam, find your cheat and delete it there.
