How do I maximise my chances of bypassing screenshares with Vape V3?

So, I recently noticed that Vape Lite is screenshare proof but Vape V3 (which I have) is not. I was wondering if you guys could teach me how to maximise my chances of bypassing screenshares on good practice servers such as Arcane and Minemen.club as I do not want to get banned on these servers obviously.
