high or low CPS on Hypixel?

For Autoclicker settings I heard that some people use 10-13 CPS because of Hypixels goofy ass hit registration
but the most popular settings in this forums say 16-20 CPS

which settings are better and what do you guys use?
also does NoClickDelay affect CPS?

Yes use NoClickDelay, otherwise hitreg will be worse and your hits will be limited.

For optimal hitreg use around 12-16 cps, normally in Minecraft its better to use 10 cps than lets say 14 because of the hurttime (to maximize the amount of hits you get on an opponent) but idk how much this changes on a laggy server like Hypixel.

You CAN use 16-20, you will take way less knockback but hitreg will be worse too especially in fights that are longer.
