Forum pop-up for new members

Suggestion Description: A pop-up will pop-up when you have registered yourself on the forum that third-party clients aren't supported so not every new member is asking 10 times a day if the clients are supported or that the dev team should support them because they aren't looking in the (older) posts.

It's already writen on the support page which versions are supported, so it's pointless to make a pop-up. And 3rd party clients will never be supported.

I know but if you look on the 5 most recent posts are 2 of them about third-party clients. Samson said that they are currently not adding support for third-party clients: "We also don't plan on adding any 3rd party client support for the time being, while this would be easy as we previously stated it's a cat and mouse game, making this not worth doing."
