I mean IPs change over time so it depends how far back they look.

I used 3.4 in the wool wars tournament and got top 600 not banned (I am aware that top 600 is not good im just saying.)

They check every game for people who place in the top 100. You didn't place high enough to get banned or your games reviewed.
