Extended block reach

Is there a mod which can give an extended reach for blocks like you can break or place blocks from a little far away is there a mod like that or it doesn’t exist?

Some clients have it but its pretty useless. You can use freecam (turn on allow interacting) for that but as you will notice it won't work if the blocks are too far away.
